1-2yrs are not permitted to touch or handle the animals. They will be classed as an observer and not counted in the handler numbers. They will however be allowed to getup close to the animals under the supervision of a parent and an experienced animal handler.

We cover Tyne & Wear, please note there may be very reasonable additional travel expenses to be added to your price for those outside of a 20 mile radius of NE34 8RN. Any tolls or parking charges will also be added unless these can be avoided. This is down to our eco friendly transport vehicle having a short range adding to refuelling and travel time.

There is to age restrictions but certain age groups restrict the level of participation. Please see below for age brackets and level of participation.

Under 3yrs are not permitted to touch any animals. They can get up close but not to physically interact with the animal.

3-4yrs may touch but not handle the animals, but must be supervised by a parent or guardian.

5yrs and over are permitted to touch, handle, and feed our animals under supervision of a trained animal handler.

We offer the below packages for you to experience exotic animals up close and personal. We can discuss what you need and what we need for your exhibition event and if we can cater for it we will.

Please note additional time can be added to the below packages at a flat cost of £50 per 30 minutes.

School, and college visits

We offer educational talks with opportunity to getup close to the animals. We have experience working with teachers to link the exhibition to the national curriculum. Animals will be selected to suit your session. Minimum of 6 species of animals will attend dependant on class numbers. Duplicates of the same species if available will come free from charge. 6 species allows for 10minutes discussion and handling of each species. Additional animals will not be charged for but bare in mind discussion and handling time will be significantly reduced. Any animals that can’t be handled or touched will not count towards numbers.

Price: £100 for 1hour

Private groups/Parties

We offer a fun interaction with animals, focused more on handling. Whoever is the subject of the party they will be a deputised Safari ranger and will have maximum exposure to the animals and assist in presenting animals to their guests (age dependant 5yrs and over).

Small group or 1 to 1 sessions

We offer a more in depth experience with animals of your choosing. These sessions are great for home school teaching, getting over phobias, or simply a home visit to maximise your interaction and education of the animals.

For a single handler or small groups we usually bring 8-10 species. Additional animals will not be charged for but bare in mind discussion and handling time will be significantly reduced. Any animals that can’t be handled or touched will not count towards numbers.
